What are the types of fancy yarns
There are no less than ten types and thicknesses of yarns, and now we will briefly introduce several commonly used yarns.
Ultra fine is the thinnest type of yarn in knitting, characterized by lightness and softness, and is most suitable for weaving sweaters for infants and young children or jackets worn by crocheted women.
Extremely fine and coarse, equal to two of the finest yarn threads, light and versatile in color, most suitable for crochet.
Medium and fine yarn is the most commonly used variety of yarn, which can be used to weave clothes for infants, young children, women, or men. The patterns woven are delicate and elegant.
Medium coarse is the most commonly used type for weaving cold resistant clothing, and the woven clothes are neither too thick nor too thin.
High and thick yarn is also the best choice for weaving cold resistant clothing products.
The current products can be divided into three types: pure wool, blended, and synthetic. The main types of synthetic fibers are acrylic and viscose fibers.
Fancy yarns can be roughly divided into the following categories based on their different processing methods:
Fancy yarns processed by ordinary spinning systems, such as chain yarns, gold and silver yarns, and silk threads;
Colored yarns processed by dyeing methods, such as mixed color yarns, printed yarns, rainbow yarns, etc;
Fancy threads processed by fancy twisting machines: Among them, according to the different feeding speeds and variations of the core thread and decorative thread, they can be divided into super feeding types such as spiral thread, small braid thread, loop thread, and control types such as big belly thread, knot thread, etc;
Special fancy threads: such as chenille thread, core spun thread, brushed thread, flocking thread, etc.
